How to Eat a Rainbow Class

We know where the pot of gold is – at the end of our highly nutritious rainbow, of course! This started as a children’s class, but it seems kids of all ages enjoy learning why eating a variety of colors is the healthy way to go. Participants will get a chance to create rainbows with different colored fruits and veggies, and then eat their masterpieces!
