The 3rd annual Holiday by the Bay is going to be as big as ever! It will be a veritable Christmas wonderland on the shore of Biscayne Bay for families and friends to enjoy student holiday performances, carnival foods, arts & crafts, and a special appearance by Santa Claus himself.
